1. Irreversible working system. In actual production, the irreversible working system is often used in small cold rolling mills. When this working system is adopted, the moving direction of the roll and rolled piece is always the same, but the rolling speed can be adjusted or not. The small cold rolling strip rolling equipment that does not need to adjust the rolling speed usually adopts AC synchronous motor and asynchronous motor, which shall be installed on the continuous cold strip rolling mill. In order to ensure that the same speed ratio can be ensured through the reinforcement on each rolling mill, To maintain the elongation ratio of reinforcement after rolling by rolling mill, it is necessary to continuously adjust the rolling speed in the rolling process. This kind of rolling mill is generally driven by DC motor with wide adjustment range, large overload capacity and small inertia torque.

2. Reversible working system. When the steel bar is rolled by a reversible cold rolling mill, the roll can be reversed and adjusted speed. This kind of rolling mill adopts DC motor with wide speed regulation range and small inertia torque. In order to improve the production capacity of rolling mill, reversible cold rolling mill generally has the requirement of fast start braking. Nowadays, our equipment mostly adopts frequency converter to control the speed ratio between each rolling mill, so that the reinforcement runs smoothly when passing through each rolling mill.

The working system adopted by the cold-rolled two rib reinforcement equipment produced by our company belongs to the reversible working system. The speed is adjusted by the frequency converter, which changes the original mode adjusted by the motor, greatly improves the controllability, makes the operation easier, and correspondingly improves the service life of the equipment.
